Return Policy
If the item you have ordered is not satisfactory, contact us within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period and we will replace the item for you or issue a refund. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. The consumer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
All returns must be accompanied by the original customer receipt and will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on the receipt. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service

You must submit the RMA Request Email or call our Customer Service department to be
issued a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

There must be no more than thirty days between the original ship date and the date
we receive the RMA request for a refund. RMA requests for warranty replacements must
be received within 90 days of the original ship date.

Unless an item is being returned for a defect, product must be complete and in resellable
condition. We will test all returned products, and credit may be denied if the product is
not working and you have not written us a note explaining the circumstances.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice, programming instructions
(if applicable) and will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on the invoice.
A RMA Number must be clearly marked on the package.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee with a max of $10 per key (based on the unit price of the key blank), unless
the return is due to an error made by Street Keys, LLC.

Returns that have been improperly packaged and are damaged during return shipment will be
denied for credit. Please make sure that your product is well padded on all sides.

Returns which have been excessively used or damaged by the customer or which are clearly
over the thirty-day limit will also be denied for credit. Further, the product may be
returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Refunds are for the price of the product only. A credit will not include the original
shipping cost or the code conversion cost of $20 (if applicable). We do not reimburse
your return shipping under any circumstances. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Street Keys, LLC is not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning merchandise.

The key(s) MUST BE RETURNED UNCUT and in like-new condition. NO credit or refunds will
be given for any cut key(s). Additionally, the product may be returned to the customer
at the customer's expense.

If the existing key is actually a valet key, and a master key is needed for activating
new key blanks, a 25% restock fee is be assessed when the uncut key blank is returned
with a RMA number.

Procedure for obtaining a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number
You must obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning and items.
RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Please see the
procedure below for obtaining your RMA number. All returned items must be returned properly
packaged to avoid damage in shipping, and your RMA number must be included on the second line
of the return address. Items sent back without a RMA will be refused or returned to the consumer
at their expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.
To obtain an RMA number, send us a RMA Request Email at customerservice@streetkeys.com with the information outlined in
the order id and why you wish to return the item(s). An email reply for authorized returns will be issued within 1-2 business
days with a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue.
