Shipping Questions

Can you combine shipping if I buy more than one item?
Yes, we can combine shipping at no extra cost. In most cases, the shipping and handling fees would be the same amount for one item as it would for more than one item.

What are my shipping options?
When you order from us you may select the standard two to six day shipping for $6, priority two to four day shipping for $12, or two day express shipping for $20. If your order is placed after 1 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday-Thursday or 12 pm Friday your order will not be shipped out until the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.

Do you ship to locations outside the United States?
We do ship keys internationally, but at this time we do not have any affiliates or activation/installation services for our international customers.

What do I do if my shipment gets lost?
As an added service to our customers we include tracking and delivery confirmation with all our shipments. This protects you from having your packages lost in transit for an extended amount of time. We are also working on adding a shipping insurance option to our process that may be used to protect your shipments.

If the product is listed as out of stock, when can it be shipped?
We are expecting a shipments to come in on a weekly basis from the factory. If your item is back ordered, we would be able to get it out within a week in most cases.

Can you ship to my country at a lower price?
We have tried shipping via other methods over the years and the most reliable method to ship to your country at the best price was via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail. Please let us know if you have any better ideas since we are always trying to improve the way we ship to customers outside of the United States.
