Cutting and Programming of your Key

If you are close to us then we can provide this service, but should you go through one of our affiliates we are not liable for any mistake that they make.  All we do is sell the key blanks to our customers, we take no responsibility for the affiliates actions.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and 90-Day Warranty

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return your "uncut" blank(s) within 30 days of receiving your shipment and we will refund your payment minus the shipping and handling fees. All returned key orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee with a max of $10 per key.

All cut keys are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Customers with defective keys should inform within 90 days of the invoice are entitled to additional activation and troubleshooting services with one of our service technicians or affiliates.

We will not process any key returns without an RMA #. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If customers request additional services, customers may be subjected to additional fees.

Liabilities

No Liabilities are assumed whatsoever for any costs, claims or damages filed for or caused by correct or incorrect use of the transponder keys and related key cutting and activation equipment and/or key activation procedures. Street Keys, LLC and its affiliates cannot and is not responsible for any type of damage, intentional or otherwise, caused by the use of the transponder keys and related key cutting and activation equipment and/or activation procedures. Street Keys, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any type of harm, whether physical or otherwise, due to correct or incorrect use of the transponder keys and related key cutting and activation equipment and/or activation procedures.

Shipping

All standard and priority shipments will be sent out by USPS with delivery confirmation. Processing your order can take up to a week depending on what we have in stock. Once your order is processed, the average shipping time for your key blank(s) is 3-5 business days via standard shipping and 2-3 days via priority shipping.

Overnight delivery of in stock keys will be shipped the same day if placed by 2 pm PST on any normal business day.

Domestic overnight shipments are available only within the 48 contiguous United States. Overnight delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Saturday and Sunday delivery or other special services are not available.

International shipments will require additional fees and time.

Key Cutting and Activation Services

The process begins after having received your ownership documents. Typically, the process takes one business day.  WE WILL NOT START WORKING ON A ZERO KEY ORDER UNTIL WE HAVE THE OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS.

Shipping

We do not process this specific type of order internationally at this point. In-stock keys will be cut and processed with Overnight Shipping.

Cancellation

If ownership documents are not received within 5 business days, the order will be canceled.

All international orders will be canceled.

Refund amounts will vary based on when an order is canceled. 

If you cancel your order before we retrieve any codes, you will receive the full refund. If the key code has been retrieved for your vehicle, then, you will receive the refund of your total order minus a $25 processing charge.
