| Street Keys Terms and Conditions | |
| 1. | Key Cutting and Activation Services Our cutting services are based on your working key and the activation service is based on your shipping address. We guarantee the affiliate will be within a 30-mile radius of your shipping address, or we will refund your activation payment. |
| 2. | 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and 90-Day Warranty If you are not satisfied with our products, you can the product (keys must be returned “uncut") within 30 days of receiving your shipment and we will refund your payment minus the shipping and handling fees. Defective codes will be issued a full refund. All returned key orders may be subject to a % 15 restocking fee. In addition, a %10 non-refundable processing fee will apply to all activation services. All cut keys are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers with defective keys should inform us within 90 days of the invoice to be entitled to additional activation and troubleshooting services with one of our service technicians or affiliates. We will not process any key returns without an RMA #. NO EXCEPTIONS. If customers request additional services, customers may be subjected to additional fees. |
| 3. | Liabilities No liabilities are assumed whatsoever for any costs, claims or damages filed for or caused by correct or incorrect use of the transponder keys and related key cutting and activation equipment and/or key activation procedures. Street Keys, LLC and its affiliates cannot and is not responsible for any type of damage, intentional or otherwise, cause by the use of the transponder keys and related key cutting and activation equipment and/or activation procedures. Street Keys, LLC and its affiliates is not responsible for any type of harm, whether physical or otherwise, due to correct or incorrect use of the transponder keys and related key cutting and activation equipment and/or activation procedures. |
| 4. | Shipping All standard shipments will be sent out by USPS with delivery confirmation. Processing your order takes between 2-3 business days on average. Once your order is processed, the average shipping time for your key blank(s) is 3-5 business days. Overnight delivery of in stock keys will be shipped the same day if placed by 2 pm PST on any normal business day. Domestic overnight shipments are available only within the 48 contiguous United States. Overnight delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Saturday and Sunday delivery or other special services are not available. International shipments will require additional fees and time. |
| Street Keys Terms and Conditions for Origination and Reflashing Orders (If you have no working keys) | |
| 1. | Key Cutting and Activation Services The process begins after having received your ownership documents. Typically, the process takes one business day. |
| 2. | Shipping We do not process this specific type of order internationally at this point. All orders for cut keys will be processed with Overnight Shipping. |
| 3. | Cancellation If ownership documents are not received within 5 business days, the order will be canceled. All international orders will be canceled. Refund amounts will vary based on when an order is canceled. If you cancel your order before we retrieve any codes, you will receive the refund of your total order minus a $10 cancellation charge. If the key code has been retrieved for your vehicle, then, you will receive the refund of your total order minus a $25 processing charge. If your order has been shipped, then, you will be refunded any additional activation fees including the trip charge. |
| 4. | Additional Services If customers request additional services, customers may be subjected to additional fees. |
